2064: Read Only Memories Gameplay Trailer & Cast Announcement

2064: Read Only Memories is a ‘director’s cut’ of sorts for the original ROM. It includes new animations, new art, and voice acting from a stellar cast of voice actors. This new version of the game will breathe new life into your favorite characters and hopefully introduce you to some new ones as well!
So who is our cast of voice actors?

CC-_0025_Turing_MelissaHutchison.pngMelissa Hutchison is well known for her voice role as Clementine in The Walking Dead for which she won “Best Performance By a Human Female” at the 2013 Spike Video Game Awards and has been nominated twice for a BAFTA Award for “Best Performer”. Melissa is also the voice of Komasan on the hit Nintendo game Yo-Kai Watch and Ashe in League of Legends.

Having the gift of gab since birth, Melissa was able to turn her love of creating voices into a full time gig as a Voice Actor.  Best known for her award winning role as Clementine in Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead, you can also hear Melissa’s voice in numerous other games, commercials, television and animation. Her most current projects include the animated series Space Racers, voicing Starling and Ava, Yo Kai Watch, voicing Katie, Komasan, and numerous other Yo Kai, and returning for season 3, as Clementine for Telltale Games The Walking Dead.  Melissa Is thrilled to be joining a stellar cast of actors in the upcoming game, 2064: Read Only Memories, as Turing.

A Telltale regular, Erin has voiced characters for The Walking Dead, Tales from the Borderlands, Minecraft, and their upcoming Batman series. She can also be heard in various car, fashion, and tech commercials, and be seen on stage in theaters throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

She’s also voiced in animes such as Kill La KillSword Art Online, and Madoka Magica as Sayaka.

Since getting her BA in Theatre Acting for the Camera from The University of Las Vegas, Lonnie has been non-stop in pursuing her career.  She has worked on several motion pictures, commercials and print ads, and is constantly updating her portfolio. Lonnie’s passion burns bright like a star and she puts her all into every project she takes on.

 

Nathan Sharp aka NateWantsToBattle, is an American voice actor, musician and gaming commentator best known for his gaming and anime music videos, from popular songs about video games to unique covers of existing video game tracks to performing anime openings in English. You may also know him as the voice of Pronto from Heroes Never Lose, Zack Fair in TeamFourStar’s Final Fantasy VII: Machinabridged and Link from Zelda Universe Presents Skyward Sword the Movie.

He was born and raised in Seattle, where he was trained in the Japanese method of anime voice acting by a veteran seiyuu. After graduating in Theatre Arts he moved to L.A. to pursue his love of telling stories through video games, animation, and even in the wrestling ring.

Recent anime works you may have heard Erik in include “Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans” as Biscuit Griffon, “Your Lie in April” as Takeshi Aiza, “Toradora” as Ryuuji Takasu, “Magi” as Alibaba Saluja, “Accel World” as Haruyuki Arita, “Sword Art Online” as Ducker, and “Seven Deadly Sins” as Gowther. In the world of video games, Erik has lent his voice to Cress and various other characters in “Tales of Xilia 2”, Mark Evans in “Inazuma Eleven”, Oskar in “Atelier Sophie”, Joven Glacius in “Heroes of Newerth”, and a Black Egret in “Skullgirls”.

Erik is happy to travel and share his stories and experiences with his fellow anime/game fans, as well as make new ones along the way.

Adam is best known for voicing characters such as Bigby Wolf (& Woodsman) in “The Wolf Among Us”. Shaco/Mordekaiser/Ryze/Karthus/Kassadin in “League of Legends”, Andy St. John in Telltale’s “The Walking Dead”, Kroger in “Tales from the Borderlands” among hundreds more.

 

Damian McGivney is a stranger surrounded by birds; voice like a malfunctioning star. A traveller from Oregon, now living in Seattle after much exploring, with a curious passion for games and audio, and have built my entire life exploring the depths of both, and I’ve even had the privilege of writing with some of the best on Starbound’s lore, and now the honor of being here, and lending my abilities to such an incredible team, on an outstanding adventure.

He grew up in the eastern SF Bay Area singing in choir, improvving in high school, touring with dance hall crashers in college.  He found VoiceTrax SF in 2000 and began training as a voice actor with gusto, suddenly aware that doing silly voices was sometimes encouraged.  Since, Gavin has worked in every aspect of VO, lending voices to award winning games, a few ‘hot toys of the season’, corporate espionage, cartoons, audiobooks, theme parks, promos, commercial campaigns, and many projects too weird for classification.  His reputation for working quickly and efficiently with no headaches make him both a viable choice and a solid solution for any type of VO casting.

Zoe is also well known for her appearances talking about issues within the game development and gaming communities. She has previously lent her voice acting talents to multiple characters in Necrophone Games’ Jazzpunk.

You may remember him uttering those immortal words “These are not the droids we’re looking for” in Star Wars, A New Hope. He has also appeared in American Graffiti, Nine Months, and of course our favorite, Mrs. Doubtfire. On network television, he has appeared in TV series like Cagney & Lacey, Happy Days, Three’s Company, Mork & Mindy, The Jeffersons and Newhart. His voiceover, animation and video game work goes into the hundreds and includes stints for Disney (He’s the voice of Launchpad McQuack on Ducktales and Darkwing Duck), Lucasarts, Electronic Arts, X Box, Sega and many others. Most recently, he has appeared in The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead for Telltale Games. Currently, Terry teaches commercial and character voice at the College of Marin and continues his 17 year stint as Artistic Director for the Marin Actors’ Workshop.

He’s written books about anxiety disorders and militaristic alligators, set two Guinness World Records, appeared in L.A. Noire and Infamous: Second Son, and manages the best professional wrestlers that Northern California has to offer. 2064: Read Only Memories marks his debut voice-over role.

Go subscribe if you havent already! He leads a double life as a sports entertainer with the WWE and a gaming youtuber with a passion for all things nerdy. Growing up he always wanted to be in the WWE and a part of the video game world. He’s figured out a way to mesh both of his long time loves together by being a part of this game. With two undergraduate degrees (psychology and philosophy) and a masters (psychology) he is always pursing more and making an attempt to jump the next hurdle in life. This is his first break into voice acting in the video game world and hopefully not his last. When is isnt busy traveling the world, flying from the top rope, and kicking his opponents in the head he loves to sit back and watch anime, specifically Food Wars. He is extremely excited about being a part of the MidBoss’s illustrious Read Only Memories crew and hopes that you enjoy playing it.

gueststarring_jefflupetin_Jeff Lupetin is a sought after voiceover talent with 25-plus years of national and local exposure, best known to gamers as the voice of Gillian Seed in Hideo Kojima’s classic adventure game Snatcher (1988). His web site www.jeffsvo.com is a master class on the different areas he has perfected in the voiceover business. Jeff has been teaching voiceover since 2000. After teaching the beginning VO class at Acting Studio Chicago he went on to create the Intermediate VO class.

Jeff’s early training was as a TV-Film major at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He performed locally as an improvisational comedian and writer before beginning his VO career in 1983. At that time, he was a children’s programming writer and announcer for two local Chicago stations. Jeff now offers one-on-one coaching, classes, seminars and full demo production. Most recently he directed young Chicago actors for the 22 CD audio book, Word of Promise, the Next Generation currently on sale. Jeff coaches at Acting Studio Chicago at 10 W. Hubbard Street in Chicago and at his home in Evanston.

 

Josh Tomar is a Los Angeles-based voice actor working primarily in video games along with many indie projects, going back to his formative years as an active contributor on Newgrounds.com.  A few of his more recognizable past roles include Trundle and Greyor (the ARAM/Howling Abyss ghost shopkeeper) from League of Legends, the announcer from Skullgirls, a variety of characters for Hi-Rez Studios’  “Smite” and “Paladins” and the narrator for a number of the Adult Swim Games promos that frequently air during the [Adult Swim] block on Cartoon Network.  Josh is very excited to be joining the cast of ROM and has been a lifelong fan of the point-and-click adventure genre since playing Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge back in 1991.

Since 2011, he has narrated NetherWords—a podcast available on iTunes—reading public-domain or Creative Commons science-fiction short stories.  Since 2015, he’s provided the voice for Rainier, a full-scale Dalek from Doctor Who, that he built from scratch in his garage.

In addition to his voice acting, Charlie has performed as a soloist with the Seattle Opera Guild, Seattle Choral Company, and the Toronto-based Nathaniel Dett Chorale. He is a founding member of the Illumni Men’s Chorale in Seattle. Prior engagements have included Seattle Opera and the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir.

 

Jessi Nowack is an actor and writer, just like everyone else in New York City. A founding member of Elite3, she oversees all of their video production and blah blah boring company stuff no one cares about. She is mainly known for her work on Pokémon ‘Bridged, Dark Swamp, Controller Rollers, Epic Wub Time, and numerous TeamFourStar productions. Jessi has won multiple awards for her performances in high school theater, but what she really wants you to know is that she can hold her breath for a whole 11 seconds. Wow! There should be an award for that! When she’s not working, she spends her time playing ukulele and wearing snapbacks.

You can hear him in several charming indie games, that one MOBA that isn’t League or DOTA, and a few abridged series that haven’t been banned from YouTube.

Oh no? Well maybe you’ve heard him on tv in animated shows like Totally Spies, Camp Lakebottom or Pokemon? Nothing? Okay, dang. Well he’s done voice work for online shows like The Nostalgia Critic, TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise or Wonders of the Universe? Still nothing? Come ooooooooooon.

Well aside from being a voice actor, he’s also a member of the popular online parody group TeamFourStar, were he co-write, direct, produce, manage and star in our second series, “Final Fantasy VII – Machinabridged”. he’s also the host and producer of the TeamFourStar Podcast.

Jack Evans is a voice actor, podcaster, and audiobook narrator based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jack began acting in community and school productions at age 6. Though they left the stage behind after college, they never lost their love of character performance. After years of encouragement from friends and family who enjoy Jack’s ability to bring a story to life, they began narrating stories and voice acting as a hobby in 2013. They published their first professional audiobook via the Audible Creation Exchange in 2014. A queer person of nonbinary gender, Jack has a passion for working with and promoting the work of other minorities, particularly in genre fiction and video games.

He also co-created Youtube shows like The Destructoid Show, Talking to Women about Videogames,Teenage Pokemon, Samus & Sagat, Art Hawk, hosts the videogame development podcast Sup Holmes, and writes for Nintendo Force magazine. On top of all that, he still finds time to work six days a week as a licensed clinical mental health social worker. Someday, he’d like to sleep for 8 hours in a row, spending the remaining 16 hours in the day playing Pocket Card Jockey
